Today we share our warmest congratulations and thank you to Graham Muir, our Head of Projects, who celebrates 30 years with Coates. A great achievement and a reflection of the level of commitment and work ethic Graham has maintained over the years.
Graham joined Coates in 1988 as a Project Coordinator and has quite literally seen it all. From the early days of Leo and Marcus running through the office as small children, to the transition from traditional signage to digital and witnessing our company grow from 20 employees to the global powerhouse of over 250 people it is today.
We are truly privileged to work alongside Graham who over the years has mentored so many and displayed only kindness and dedication. He truly exemplifies our values in all that he does.
The Sydney team celebrated this special milestone by holding a champagne breakfast, with speeches from our leadership team and special guests, reminiscing over times gone by.
Well done Graham and a sincere thank you for your loyalty, honesty and, in Alan Coates’ words, for being our rock.
